If you are interested in applying for one of our rental properties, please follow the steps below to ensure your application can be processed.
Step 1 – View the Property
We require all prospective tenants to view the property before submitting an application. Applications received without a confirmed inspection will not be processed.
To arrange an inspection, please contact our office to book an Open for Inspection (OFI). This allows us to keep your details on file and confirm that you have attended the viewing prior to submitting your application.
Step 2 – Download the Application Form
Once you have inspected the property, you can download and complete our Residential Tenancy Application form.
Please ensure that all sections of the application are completed in full. Incomplete applications may delay processing or may not be considered. Once your application is complete, please email it to bathurstre@elders.com.au. We appreciate your time and look forward to reviewing your application.
